Ché Fè is the new sister restaurant to gourmet Italian
Era Ora and takes it name from an Umbrian greeting along the lines of, "what's up?" It opened in early 2012 where the restaurant group previously ran Aquamarina and boasts of being Denmark's only biodynamic, organic Italian restaurant, what Ché Fè itself calls a "biotrattoria" aimed at combining an informal, rustic Italian dining experience with healthy, organic ingredients. This commitment to the environment includes a range of organic wines. Prices are lower than you might expect, with starters for DKK 70, mains at DKK 140 and desserts at DKK 70 on the small but select, changing seasonal menu. Feel like eating at home? Ché Fè also has an organic deli on the premises and offers hot takeout daily from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
