Description:
French restaurant Carte Blanche opened in summer 2010 and was very well-received by local food critics, who described the place as somewhere 'you feel like coming time and again.' The small premises are bright and welcoming, smart without being exclusive, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable: A two-course menu costs 190kr; three-courses for 210kr. Carte Blanche is owned by Vincent Chabane, who previously ran Vincent's on Landskronagade (now under new ownership). Reservations can be made by telephone only.
