This trendy 'people's kitchen', located in a old Bosch warehouse (the restaurant has retained the sign outside), is the newest place to come for organic cuisine, with an extra twist being the plastic card you are given on ordering and which then saves your check electronically so you pay as you leave. Everything here is organic, right down to the toilet paper - and the place has a certificate to prove it. BioMio is another of the new businesses to set up shop in Copenhagen's up-and-coming quarter, the former meat-packing district of Kødbyen.
