Housed in a historic 17th-century listed building—a former windmill on the city ramparts in Christianshavn—this idyllic restaurant offers both inside and outside dining opportunities, either in the light, attractive dining room or under the tree's in the windmill's courtyard. The menu is a mixture of contemporary Scandinavian and French/Italian, while the weekend brunch (served until 2pm, reservation recommended), is extremely popular. A great (though rather expensive) place to come if you want a country atmosphere not far from your downtown hotel.
