Gourmet restaurants aren’t what first come to mind when one thinks of Denmark, but the Michelin stars are shining brightly over Copenhagen; though it might take a superstar wallet to eat in most of them. For those of us traveling a little less extravagantly, however, eating out in Copenhagen means dining in an informally hip atmosphere where focus is placed on fresh produce and ample portions. Note though that restaurants tend to close early (most stop ordering after 9pm), so check out NileGuide special tips for
dining after dark. Also, as with most European countries, service is included.
