The cosy Moroccan tea salon The á la Menthe has moved out of its original cramped basement and is now found on Rådhusstræde, between Nytorv square on walking street Strøget and music venue
Huset Magstræde. With its low sofas, fragrance of incense sticks and choice of mint teas, chais and coffee flavored with cinnamon or cardamom, this hippy hang-out also does light snacks like samosas, hummus and couscous salads. Moroccan owner Zia imports furniture from her homeland and has decorated the shop in true North-African bazaar style. A great place to rest weary sight-seeing feet.
