Description:
This basement wine bar takes its name from the French word for earth, "terroir" - as a way of emphasizing its focus on wines that taste of their point of origin - and of the earth. Specializing in Slovenian and Italian wines, Terroiristen is remarkably cheap, with wine available from DKK 35 a glass. The bar offers a kind of democratic choice, whereby the customers get to choose which bottles will be opened that night - the first four bottles to be chosen comprise the wine card for the night. Once those bottles are empty, it's time to choose again. Tapas plates are also available.
