DANSEhallerne opened its doors in summer 2009, relocating performance space Dansescenen, acclaimed company Danish Dance Theatre and training and production office Dansens Hus all under one roof, the abandoned mineral water bottling plant of Carlsberg Breweries on the edge of Vesterbro. The vast area of DANSEhallerne is now Euopre's largest center for contemporary dance, and promises a slew of performances each season, comprising both in-house and international guest performances, at one of the two stages: Store (large) Carl and Lille (small) Carl. Tickets can be bought through the ticket office or through national ticket chain BilletNet (+45 70 15 35 35), with reductions every Monday as well as discounts for groups and special under 26 youth rates.
