Description:
A cheap, neighbourhood cafe bar on the quiet side of Nyhavn (or the 'nice' side, as it was known back in Nyhavn's wilder days), a little further down the street from the art institute of
Charlottenborg palace. It's neither trendy nor designer, but it does provide a cheaper lunchtime alternative to Nyhavn's crowded and often overpriced eateries as well as a much more local flavor than that on the other side of the canal. Meals are basic and light, and include a variety of sandwiches and traditional
smørrebrød platters as well as inexpensive draught beer in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
