The cafe of art museum
Glyptoteket is for some people the sole reason for visiting the place: Although you will have to pay the museum entrance fee for the privilege. Located in the museum's central Winter Garden, the place is surrounded by lush greenery, palm trees and light from the huge glass dome above. The menu consists mainly of cakes (at least seven different kinds, all freshly made on the premises) as well as light lunch dishes. Tea drinkers can choose between four different kinds, all specially selected from Carstensen Tehandel in Southern Jutland.
