The old friend team behind Lincoln Park's 2Sparrows could cover the kitchen and manage the dining room all themselves. After working for years for Chicago's famed Charlie Trotter's, Chef/Partner Gregory Ellis and General Manager/Partner Steven Fladung sought an opportunity to elevate the most important meal of the day with quality seasonal ingredients and excellent service. The sixty table interior was designed by LEED-certified Moss Interiors and features many re-purposed materials and rotating artwork by local artists. Daily menu changes allow for a variety of freshly made breakfast, brunch, and lunch delicacies including donuts and, yes, pop tarts.
