There are only so many art museums a five-year-old can take. Luckily, Chicago has plenty of things to do that are fun for travelers of all ages. Young children will have a ball at The Children's Museum, located at the must see Navy Pier, while mom and dad admire the fantastic Chicago skyline. Girls of all ages will be delighted to spend the day at The American Girl Place, eyeing the displays and taking their doll to high tea. The entire family will be entertained at the free Lincoln Park zoo right on the lakefront, or while swimming with the dolphins at the John G. Shedd Aquarium. Chicago certainly provides something for every interest, but its family friendly activities will be enjoyed by all.
