Just Eat
Description:
Many people come to the mountains for the skiing and outdoor sports, but there’s another reason to come: the food. Over the years, several new award-winning restaurants have sprung up in the mountain towns, and everything tastes better in the fresh mountain air.

Day 1 - Canmore
There are so many restaurants in Banff and Canmore to choose from that it's hard to choose just a few, so begin your two days of eating by picking up a local food guide.
However, by popular choice, here are some recommendations. Chez Francois is famous for homemade breakfasts, including a duck liver pate croissant. The Grizzly Paw is a local brewery, offering you a delicious locally-prepared beer on a patio surrounded by mountains, and the Crazyweed Kitchen is just crazy good.

Day 2 - Banff
Day 2: Banff. I hope you saved some room. You might want to go for a hike to increase your appetite.
Begin your day with breakfast cookies and coffee at Evelyn’s – a local favourite place. Then head up the street to the Fudgery, where you can watch fudge being made, and sample homemade chocolates, truffles, bear’s paws and a variety of different kinds of fudge.
Finish off the day with a late meal at the Bison Restaurant and Lounge. This lively, contemporary and elegant restaurant offers a menu rich with high quality bison, Alberta venison and beef and more.
