Gnarly's Surf School offers private lessons for individuals or small groups. Classes for beginners, as well as intermediate or advanced surfers are available. Both children and adults are welcome at Gnarly's surf school. Class participants gather at Surfin Burrito, a small restaurant across the street from Senor Frog's, and then everyone grabs a board and hits the beach. Lessons run from 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on how much fun you are having and how good the waves are that day. The price of your surf lesson includes the use of a surf board (size will depend on your ability and the condition of the waves on the day of your lesson) for the day, surf wax, a leash for your board, and information on all the local surfing spots.
