Los de Pescado opened in April 2004, with only 2 employees. Today, the chain has 10 locations in Mexico, two of which are in Cancun's hotel zone.Despite only offering three items on the menu, this small restaurant chain has made a name for itself.
They only have battered and deep-fried fish or shrimp tacos, and ceviche (made with fish and shrimp) served on a tortilla. Everything is made by hand at the moment you place your order. There are four delicious (and spicy!) sauces available, to add a kick to your tacos or ceviche.
This store is located in Plaza Quetzal, in front of Presidente Inter-Continental hotel, but there is also a second Los de Pescado restaurant in the food court of Plaza Kukulkan.
