Apartments/Condos in Cancun

Whether you're on an extended vacation or are just in Cancun for a week, staying in an apartment or condo will make you feel right at home, while you're away from home.

Royal Resorts has five condo properties in Cancun, which can be rented as standard hotel rooms, or large suites. The suites have full kitchens so you can save money by preparing meals in your condo, rather than paying "tourist zone" prices for meals in restaurants. Vacation Club International is the oldest of the area's Royal Resorts properties, but it's been beautifully maintained. Royal Mayan, Royal Caribbean, and Royal Islander are all side-by-side and are commonly referred to as "the tri-Royals", but the chain's main property in Cancun has to be the Royal Sands. It's location, near Plaza Kukulkan and Plaza La Isla, and it's magnificent spa make it very popular and guests return to this property year after year.

Beachscape Villas at Kin-Ha is a small property on the northern part of Cancun's hotel zone, overlooking the Bay of Mujeres. This condo property has studios and multi-bedroom suites and is located on Cancun's most beautiful beach (they share their perfect beach with the Presidente Inter-Continental resort, right next door.). Beachscape Villas is also within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and Cancun's world-famous nightclubs.
