Deep in Calgary's southeast – an area not often tread by casual tourists to this city – sits Karma, a gem of an Indian restaurant, a respite from cookie-cutter Southeast Asian places everywhere. The typical Kormas and Curries are there, but the fresh ingredients and careful preparation set Karma apart. The Hakka dishes (a merging of Indian and Chinese influences into one delicious dish) as fantastic, and the staff are kind and speedy.
