Before the Calgary location opened, locals had to drive to Medicine Hat to enjoy Five Guys Burgers and Fries. Many people did. But, now we don't have to, because they've opened a franchise in Deerfoot Meadows. Five Guys is famous for not having freezers in their stores, because all the ingredients are fresh. Even the jalapenos are fresh, instead of pickled, and they use sacks of potatoes to guide people through the line-up. Five Guys lets the customer choose from a huge selection of toppings. And, a regular burger comes with two patties. You have to order a "little burger" to get one patty.
