Farm is the brainchild of Calgary cheesemonger Janice Beaton, known for the excellent dairy product selection at sister shop Janice Beaton Fine Cheese. FARM serves as Beaton's tasting kitchen, a place where she and her creative staff play with quality local ingredients and produce deliciously prepared comfort foods. Bubbling Mac and Cheese, Goat Cheese Fritter, Artisan Sausage and Lamb Liver Pate are just a few of the fabulous creations available. All items are served on wooden boards in a casual setting, and the beer and wine selection is extensive, featuring vintages from Canada's wine regions and beyond, available by the taste, glass and bottle. For cheeseheads, Ms. Beaton does not disappoint – FARM features platters of yummies from her shop.
