Culture in Calgary

Depending on who you ask, some Canadians may tell you that Calgary Culture is an oxymoron; of course, anyone who thinks this has obviously not tried exploring the city to see what it has to offer. For a city of just over a million people, Calgary boasts a thriving array of art, music, theatre, dance and more for those eager to put a finger to the pulse of this vibrant young city. With a selection of museums, theatres and music venues right in the downtown core, Calgary has plenty to offer the art connoisseur.
