Cheap Hotels in Calgary

While low-budget accommodation is a little harder to find in downtown Calgary, the city is not without its share of deals for the shoestring-budget traveler. Within the city center, most of the hotels and accommodation you will find will consist primarily of upscale hotels. However, heading out along 16th ave. to the Northwest will bring you to a myriad of motels and other low-cost options. For the backpacker, the Calgary International Hostel can be found just a stone's throw out of downtown in the East Village, right near the community of Inglewood. Calgary may not have the hugest selection around for low-cost rooms, but there are certainly options out there, so just do a little bit of searching around and you'll be sure to find a place to stay that will suit your budget!
