Chinese food is as popular in Cairo as it is everywhere else in the world, and just as readily available. With all sorts of prices in all sorts of places, you'll be able to fill up on spring rolls and Peking duck no matter where you are. There's also a load of Japanese (including good quality, dirt cheap sushi), Thai, and even Indonesian food. Better get practising with the chopsticks!
