Food is served in the traditional Brazilian style of "Rodicio". Rodicio is a style of restaurant service in Brazilian and Portuguese restaurants. One pays a fixed price and the waiters bring an offering of food to each customer at several times throughout the meal, until the customers signify that they have had enough. Servers come to the table with knives and a skewer on which are speared various kinds of meat. At the Brasil Steak House this includes: "Picana" (top sirloin), new york, sausage, filet mignon, Mexican arrachera, chicken, turkey, BBQ ribs, Spanish-style sausage and Carioca steak. All food is served with house sauces that include: pesto garlic (chimichurri), parsley with olive oil, red jalapeno and chile de arbol. There is a soup and salad bar and a selection of deserts such as flan and vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce.Brasil Steak House also has two locations in Puerto Vallarta and has been open in Cabo for over 10 years.
