This terrific El Tezal multi-leveled bed and breakfast was the former home of a Cabo San Lucas Mayor. With amenities that include a library, pool, jacuzzi, and stunning views from the rooftop terrace, this is one of the most under-appreciated boutique accommodations in Los Cabos. The place looks as if it was designed by Antonio Gaudi, and the decor is rich in traditional Mexican handicrafts. The five guest rooms in this former private residence have been named after indigenous species of cacti, and range from about 150 to 200 USD per night. They offer on-site spa services that include Swedish and sports massages, as well as daily yoga sessions. Breakfast includes home baked pastries, Mexican coffee, and fresh fruit plates. Hammocks are located on all three of the levels. This is a great place for couples traveling together.
