Puerto Paraiso mall is located in the center of the marina, meaning there are a host of water-based and other activities to be found within a few minutes walk. Cabo Adventures is the premier activities company in Cabo San Lucas. Although their dolphin swims and encounters are probably most popular, they also offer outback camel safaris, zipline tours, and are one of six places in the world where the general public can sail aboard former America's Cup yachts. Amigos del Mar is one of the oldest and most respected dive shops in San Lucas, but Baja Dive and Manta also offer superb dive packages that include Cabo Pulmo, the oldest and largest living coral reef in the Western Hemisphere, as well as sites at Land's End, Neptune's Finger, Sand Falls, Los Frailes, and Chileno Bay. Another way to get a look at the local marine life is through Cabo Submarine. Their 60 foot semi-submersible features large below-deck portholes and fish guides. They drop food pretty freely on their tours, so there are always large groups of fish pooling around the yellow submarine. Another fun thing to do is sailing aboard the oldest ship in Mexico, the topsail schooner Sunderland, which was built in 1886. This is one of the last of the tall ships, and she still handles beautifully. Sunset cruises aboard the Sunderland are something visitors will never forget.
