Description:
This is a great local restaurant featuring dishes from all over Mexico, most of them done in a particular regional style. They do ceviche Acapulco style, a house salad with shredded Oaxacan cheese, tacos Ensenada style, Tamales Oaxaquenos, Cochinita Pibil from the Yucatan, and many more. I don't know where they got the recipe for duck enchiladas, I just wish they would give it to me. The food here is very good, with local ingredients from all over the country, many you have probably never heard of no matter how often you have traveled here. Perhaps more importantly, they feature over 200 kinds of tequila. After dinner, head to the tequila lounge. You may be familiar with some of the usual suspects like Don Julio or Corralejo, but there will be plenty you aren't familiar with, and after dinner you can make the acquaintance of a few you will wish you had met years earlier.
