Description:
This is the finest coffee company in Baja California Sur. Located across from Plaza Amelia Wilkes, Cabo Coffee is a key morning meeting place for both tourists and locals. It is unquestionably the epicenter of internet cafe society in San Lucas, and a good place to catch up on world events since the television is nearly always tuned to CNN. There is a computer station where you can check you email, and wireless service is available for those who have their own laptops. There is ample space inside, and plenty of outlets. Outside, there are tables with lovely views of the Museo Cabo San Lucas and the Iglesia Catolico de San Lucas. The coffee is excellent (they offer regular coffee as well as a variety of espressos, lattes, mochas, and the like), and if you feel like a little morning sun, the benches in Plaza Amelia Wilkes offer abundant opportunities for people watching. All the coffees are organic Arabica whole bean roasts from the cloud forest in Oaxaca, more specifically the famed farm Finca La Reina de Pluma Hidalgo, where they produce some of the best beans in Mexico, and which are roasted fresh in San Lucas. People from around the world order this coffee, and you can purchase medium or dark roasts, as well as decaf, for 14 USD. Cabo Coffee Company apparel is also available, with the Death Before Decaf ringer tee being especially popular.
