Bryce Canyon After Dark: Top Five
Description:
No doubt about it, Bryce Canyon has one of the national park system's most highly-regarded astronomy programs. Check the website (http://www.nps.gov/brca/) before your visit to plan your evenings learning about the stars in some of America's darkest night skies. The famous “Dark Rangers” of Bryce Canyon will expertly lead you into a deeper knowledge of those bright points of light, delighting young and old alike. And if possible, plan a trip around a spring through fall full moon—and then get out on the trail! Of course, the nighttime ranger talks, usually complete with visuals up on a screen, are an excellent way to learn more about Bryce. Catching dinner and a drink at one of these watering holes will nicely end your day.
