Description:
This state park, located 16 southeast miles from Bryce Canyon, is well worth a visit if not also an actual stay. Home of many rock spires known as sedimentary pipes, the name alludes to the very colorful nature of the area. It's a photographer's paradise. 27 campsites, 24 RV sites, six cabins also available. Modern (read: flush toilets) restrooms and showers available, as well as water and a concessionaire shop.
