Speightstown
Speightstown is a charming little seaside town on the north of the island. Once a neglected village in decline, it has since been revitalized, and has some terrific hotels and restaurants, not to mention the excellent art gallery, The Gallery of Caribbean Art. There is a lot going on in Speightstown during the weekend, when it buzzes with street stalls and hawkers.
