Back in the dark days when even residents feared to leave their homes in Bogota for fear of violence and violent crime, the Zona Rosa was one of the few places that the well healed would deign to frequent for an evening out. Constantly changing, as you would expect of an area striving continually to be at the cutting edge of haute cuisine, nightlife and fashion, head here for an evening of excess. You can take in the shopping centres of Andino, El Retiro and Atlantis, go to the cinema, enjoy some cocktails at happy hour along the Zona T, eat incredibly well and then dance your socks off into the wee hours. In short, there's something for everyone here.
