Bife de Chorizo or porterhouse steak is amongst the best that you'll find in Colombia. Ask for your beef to come in
tajadas or sliced and you be presented with a Colombian take on this Argentine mainstay. There's a good selection of wines and be sure to order the provolone to share as a starter.
