Description:
Chef and owner Fernando Camino Fitzgerald presides over yet another fantastic option for those craving Peruvian food in the Colombian capital. Here you can try from any selection of Peruvian dishes but all of which have a slight "creole" tint to them Start out with the amusingly named
Macchu Pisco cocktail in place of the traditional
Pisco Sour and then follow this with
anticuchos de corvina or a traditional ceviche. Then dig into a
Pato a la Olla,
Aji de Gallina or a
Tacu Tacu de lomo just for a change for a main course. The chef Camino Fitzgerald insists that what you find here in Mancora (despite the name being taken of a norther Peruvian surfers haunt) is exactly what you will get to eat at a fine restaurant in Lima. So, it's up to you to put this to the test.
