Specialising in Peruvian ceviches, La Mar, is a recognised brand with locales in Lima, San Francisco, Mexico City, Santiago de Chile, Sao Paulo and Panama in addition to their newest here in Usaquen, Bogota.There are no less than 90 dishes to choose from, in fact, it's a breathtaking selection from everything from Aji de Gallina to the most exotic ceviches you can think of. Prices are higher than you would pay elsewhere, but you are receiving top quality fodder. Each main course ranges between $30 and $40.
