Well maintained, well run and lots of fun the Cranky Croc is an Australian owned establishment and the owner has thought of everything. The beds are ideal for taller visitors and in the dorms beneath each bunk there's an area to lock up your belongings with its own socket so you can charge those ipods and cameras without fear of theft. Private rooms are spacious and accommodating, the central shared areas around which the rooms are situated are ideal for passing the time, reading, having a beer or just relaxing. Hearty "Australian" breakfasts are served and the weekend BBQ is phenomenal.
