Description:
Situated in Tombstone Canyon in the Mule Mountains just north of the Mexican border, Bisbee is a former mining camp turned mining town turned county seat turned quirky artists' community, with funky coffee shops and live theatre. Bisbee lacks the name recognition of Tombstone, but offers a perhaps more authentic and certainly more original experience. Bisbee is known for its elegant Victorian homes, Art Deco courthouse, stairways leading to gardens and houses situated high on the canyon walls.
