Providing hearty heapings of sustenance is what the Redwood Grill at the Fernwood Resort is all about. Sliders, hot wings, bountiful wraps, and health-conscious salads topped with ingredients like dried figs and pumpkin seeds are all served up fresh. The restaurant's onsite smoker, affectionately called "The Beast," helps to cure and seal in the flavors of dry rubbed Tri-Tip, citrus marinated chicken breast, barbeque pork, and house-made chorizo.Vegetarians will find something scrumptious to nosh on, as well. The "Redwood Wrap" is stuffed with grilled veggies, portabello mushrooms, brown rice, basil, and feta cheese in a spinach tortilla. Pesto sauce comes on the side for dippin'.
