This is the most impressive section of the wall in terms of height and architecture, and is by far the easiest section to climb. However, Badaling is the busiest of all the areas of the Great Wall and is extremely crowded during Chinese holidays and in peak summer season. Get to Badaling early if you want to get good pictures without the hassle of the crowds.
