The most well known walkway in Spain, if not the world, Las Ramblas and its surrounding area, has some of the best bars and clubs right at its doorstep. Renowned for its talented street performers and unique 'gift shops' (want to buy a caged Seagull?), there's no lack of exciting places to hang out once the sun goes down.
Centered in Plaza Reial, right off of Las Ramblas, our number two pick is an excellent club, especially if you're into 80's rock. Packed to the brim on weekends and especially after 3am, Sidecar is always a sure bet if you're looking to have a good time in the city center.
Right across the Plaza, our number four pick acts as both jazz and live music lounge, as well as a club. Jamboree is an ideal place for those looking to kick the night off quietly with a sit down show and gradually let things escalate as the dj takes over until 6am.
Slightly further down, towards the beach, about a 10 minute walk from Las Ramblas, our number nine pick will never let you down. Populated by Brits and expats, Shoko is one of Barcelona's largest and liveliest night clubs. There's usually a long line so it's best to get your name on the list.
