Description:

Another of Bangkok's famous markets, Or Tor Kor is located right across the road from Chatuchak Park and Chatuchak Weekend Market. This open-air affair sells fresh fruits, vegetables and meats both as ingredients or ready to eat. There is also a food court element. It is a cleaner market than many, organized and offering parking, but alas not as cheap as the smaller neighborhood markets. To get here, hop on the MRT subway and get out at Kamphaeng Phet station, exit three. Saphan Kwai BTS SkyTrain is just a short taxi or motorbike ride from here and bus 543 stops at the market. The market opens at 6 a.m. and runs until 8 p.m. daily.
