The Players Pool Club is very close to Asoke BTS station and tucked into a short alley between Sukhumvit Soi 12 and Soi 14. Food and drink are served and Jim the owner/manager is very service conscious and keeps people happy. You'll find three 8- and six Brunswick 9-foot tables available for 240 baht per hour or 20 baht per game (paid by the loser). This is a primary place to play for money (but be well aware of how that works in Bangkok before you get yourself into trouble). The Players Club has free wireless internet (wifi) for paying customers. There is also an outdoor patio for drinking and especially for smokers. Expect regular 9-ball tournaments.
