Baltimore has several kid-friendly things to do if you are traveling with the family. Whether you want to stay in the vicinity of the Inner Harbor or venture into other parts of the city, your little ones can be thoroughly entertained with attractions for kids.
Port Discovery tops our list of kid-friendly activities because it's a museum completely centered on hands-on learning for kids. Children can run, jump, roll around, kick, and play with no inhibition. All adults have to do is step to the side and watch. The museum has loads of exhibits geared specifically toward exploration and pretend play. In addition, there is a reading room for children to take a break and expand their minds even further. The craft room can also aid in calming them down from the excitement of free-reign and touching whatever they want.
Other popular kid-friendly activities such as Ride the Ducks and Urban Pirates didn't make our top 10 list but follow close behind because they're not necessarily activities you'd want to do during the cold winter months. However, if you are in Baltimore and the weather permits, these are fun family things you could do that your kids would be sure to enjoy.
