Upscale Nightlife in Baltimore
Baltimore may have very blue collar, working-class roots but it also knows how to step it up when it comes to its nightlife. The best upscale bars and clubs in the city are sprinkled throughout the town, peppering the Inner Harbor and downtown areas more significantly.
Places like the 13th floor, housed, well...on the 13th floor of the historic Belvedere overlook the city and provide a scenic view at night. If you have enough energy in you, although it didn't make our "best of" list, the Owl bar is worth checking out. It's located on the first floor of the Belvedere and before you get to its doors, you'll learn quite a bit of history of the famous patrons and social butterflies that have graced it with their presence.
Havana Club, which tops our list, caters to the most upscale and discriminating of crowds but it also knows how to show patrons a good time. Looking for really local flare? Take a trip to LuX or Club One if you want to party with the locals and see how Baltimoreans hang out.
