Gabah is a specaious and elegant pool view restaurant and bar at the Ramayana Resort in Jl Kartika Plaza, Kuta. Gabah is the Indonesian word which means the harvested grains of rice, which you will find in a majority of the dishes on offer. The menu features such traditional favorites such as Nasi Gudeg (a dish of rice, meats and vegetables originating from Yogyakarta), Bebek Goreng (deep-fried crispy duck) and Sate Lilit (a satay of spiced, minced fish with an infusion of coconut). Gabah also offers a variety of Western-themed cuisines, such as Beef Tenderloin with Sauteed Snow Peas and Baked Baby Lobster with Fine Herbs.
