Believe it or not, Aurora, Denver's neighbor to the east, has a sizable Korean population. Although one can debate whether bibimbap or bulgogi is the best Korean culinary export, one cannot debate that Seoul BBQ has the best Korean barbecue in the Denver area. The short trip out of the city is definitely worth it for the wide array of meats and more traditional Korean far for the adventurous. This place is popular, and for good reason, so reservations through their website are never a bad idea. The best value are the combos for three, four, or five people that offer a wide sampling of different items as well as soju, the Korean counterpart to Japanese sake.
