Torchon is a French creperie in the fairly posh style foodcourt called Elliot Stables. It serves as a stand alone restaurant, or you can sit in the common area if you are with people who want something else from one of the other vendors. Their menu is comprehensive (ie. it's not just nutella or lemon) so you can visit for a dinner or just a sweet snack. There are always specials on the board as well.
