Some restaurants will be located in the marinas, some along Tamaki Drive which skirts the Harbour and some are in the Viaduct basin. For the best views of the Harbour, try Sails, Swashbucklers and Hammerheads. For a bit more of a lively atmosphere, take a stroll around the Viaduct Basin and pop into just about anywhere to sample the seafood offerings. A few that are recommended would be Kermadec, which is very well-known for its seafood and Pacific Rim dining, The Foodstore, all local and much of it organic, Snapdragon, and Soul Bar.
