Open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the owners of this Atlanta landmark arrive each morning at 4 a.m. to start cooking. Housed in a small building in the warehouse district near downtown, Carver's serves everything from fried chicken and catfish to chicken and dumpling and pot pie.
