Description:

Nikos Karathanos is the Michelin star-awarded chef behind this trendy, gourmet restaurant in Psirri. Go with an open mind and an empty belly; while the dishes are deeply rooted in Greek cuisine and based on local products, the end result is exotic fusion and artful displays that- in their own words- "elect unique the natural perfumes and their components."
So: Open mind, check, empty belly, check... don't forget a fat wallet. The restaurant is considered to be excellent value with special menus at forty euros a person, the average dinner-goer will pay 60-70 euros a person with wine.
