The fun in Aruba doesn't stop when the sun goes down. Some even argue that that's when it starts. The Paddock is Aruba's most popular hangout for Dutch residents and vacationers. The blond, hip staff serves cocktails, tea and coffee, snacks, and full-fledged meals. Happy hours change frequently but always attract a festive crowd. Party-bus tours bring lots of fun-loving vacationers to Carlos 'n Charlie's, an overwhelmingly popular chain establishment for retro music, Mexican food, and drinks. People can be seen drinking frozen margaritas to excess just about every night of the week. The first Saturday of every month is Ladies' Night; needless to say, the place is even more frenetic than usual with throngs of reveling teens and adults waiting outside for hours to cram into the already-packed venue.
If you're in the mood for some gambling, the Alhambra Casino is where Aruba's visitors and locals come for dining, shopping, and the chance of winning big. You can do it all late into the night. Bars, clubs, lounges, live music venues and casinos--it's all right here, so put on your dancing shoes and raise a toast to Aruba nightlife.
